I reached lvl 30. I waited for a while then tried my placements. I only won 2 placements out of 10. Still silver V. I lost a lot of games and didn't get demoted. Then I tried poppy jg since I did exceedingly well with her. It was a close game. I should've pushed to other lanes in the late game. We lost. Now I'm bronze I. Strangely enough, everyone else was bronze III/IV. Now I've stopped ranked altogether . I don't know if or when I should continue. So how do I blink of I'm ready sow I don't fall deeper into the depths of elo hell.

Being ready for ranked is a mixture of...

Mentally ready. Ready to TRYHARD and MECHANICALLY KICK ASS... as such don't be "That guy" who declares he is high while playing ranked.

Mechanically ready. Is...actually surprisingly grey. Next season you'll be able to play just two roles up the ladder and just focus on those two and just play to win. Preferably you want to be able to play 3+ champions in each role you decide to Main so that you can't be banned out and be SoL.

More seriously, it's just if you want to play seriously regardless of actual elo result, that is what ranked is for and you can improve on various skills WHILE playing ranked. Some skills though like last hitting and build research should be done on your own time though.

(Also Elo hell is...a vague constantly moving post, every point has an elo hell, the current popular one is Platinum. The general concenses that I can tell is that Gold is the oasis between the elo hells but eh? Dunno.)

Its not as complicated as you want it to be bud you just play the game and get better. Elo hell is a mindset players in platinum have it the worst because they are so close to diamond which they think is an almighty promise land so it mentally strains them. Its like the theory that the closer you get to reaching a goal the harder it becomes.

Also I would say that for some reason people seem to develop egos by platinum. So far I have avoided that but people throw "You don't deserve to win" tantrums at every elo I have been to.

every elo has super ego players. I get bronze players that clearly have 0 idea how to play telling me they know more than me and that they are good players every day. Just expect it everywhere

Just play ranked you shouldnt care about your ranking since it doesnt matter just play easy champions and work on improving and you will. Its actually as simple as that. Oh and there is no elo hell lets get that straight. If there are people that you can pay to get your account to any elo out of any elo you have to acknowledge that elo hell cant exist.
