Is new evelynn good, op, or weak

So basically I want to to play even when she comes out. She's kind of fun in here current sate but will be even better in the next patch. They added a skillshot to the q and left the rest intact. It's just as spamable. She had the keemstar's "im fast after boiz" moved to an active on boots and got a charm. Her e is like jab with her tenticles and her r is swipe and you blink backwards. She's now only invisable at lvl 6. Her clears are pretty damn good. It used to be you need that kite effectively which im not good at and I usually play champions that don't need to but she doesn't need to anymore. Her kit has some interesting things in it but is it good.
