Remember the Lee Sin when he came out?

They pretty much said; players have been getting too good with Lee Sin, on paper Lee Sin looks balanced; but when someone learns to play him he is out of control.

Well now players have mastered ADC.. and team compositions around them.

And there's nothing you can do about it if you're playing. They'll just keep steam rolling your team. You can't lane swap either, your top lane is just going to get zoned out by two ranged champions with cc and damage.

All ADC items should have a penalty for ranged champions

This is simply wrong. ADC hasn't been mastered, their items are simply overtuned and they hit their powerspikes way too early. The Lee Sin comparison is cringeworthy and bad.

Remember when Riot were going to delete Lee Sin? I member.

Is that true?

Yes. It's the reason why Lee Sin has a Traditional skin even though he got no VGU. Traditional Lee Sin was his original base skin. Riot were going to cancel him, but people QQ'ed and he was redesigned and kept.

Dude it doesn't make sense. The class is simply overtuned because each change made through the patches were to remove their weaknesses and give them more power / purposes.

"ADCs are too squishy / lack sustain" : item 3046 item 3812 item 3026 (reworked into an AD item only)item 3156 item 3139 + Fleet footwork "ADCs don't have enough waveclear" : Jinx Xayah item 3087 item 3085 "ADCs get punished if they misposition themselves" : overtuning champions like Lulu Janna Braum "Armor counters ADCs" : item 3036 item 3091 item 3124 item 3153 (do you see any mage dealing physical damage ?)
