We're gonna need a lot more ADCs.
With the recent armor nerfs, we might as well just have an ADC for every role. No point in picking a tank when armor is worthless and BORK pretty much ignored a full built armor Rammus even before these nerfs. We are going to need more marksmen in the game. Now that there's no way to stop them, there's no reason to play anything else.
From here on out, every new champion should be a marksman, and we should rework existing melee and mage champions into marksmen as well. Thank you.
(On a serious not I was expecting a BORK nerf and instead we got an armor nerf. What a time to be alive!)
only does more damage based on the enemies max health, not their armor. It's meant to be a counter for when people do nothing but stack health and never bother to build any resistances.
