Guinsoo's Change Is A Net Gold Efficiency Nerf, But A Buff To It's Gold Worth For Most

What the heck am I saying? I'm saying that the actual stats used by grand majority of the Guinsoo's Rageblade users was buffed, or at least the stats they care most about. To explain, who actually cared about the AP on Guinsoo's? This is being pretty generous too as some of these guys, like Udyr, sometimes don't even build the item. Ok, now, how many of these champions were actually nerfed with these changes? These are the only Guinsoo's users who are absolutely, without debate, nerfed by these changes. How many of these champions are enjoyable when they are meta? Probably only Varus, maybe Kog'Maw. Everyone hates Teemo, but Teemo doesn't care too too much about this change. Why? Teemo recently got a lot of good new items with the Mage Item Update, like and especially. His shrooms hurt more than they have in a good year right now, so I doubt Teemo players can complain about this modification. Kayle is the one that is really hurt by these changes, but Kayle is an old champion that really needs a rework. While I feel for players of old champions who suffer from changes to their champion/items they build, know that Riot and most of us would rather support new, more enjoyable champions to face down than older, more binary champions like Kayle. Kayle isn't exactly useless now either. Sure, this is a BIG nerf to the DPS of her E, but she still has her R. Kayle's R is still one of the most frustrating things to play uphill against in the ENTIRE game, so you still have that going for you.

Now, more importantly, who net BENEFITS from these changes? (note: I'm no Xin expert, so he may not benefit a ton from this to warrant him building it always) Wow, that's a lot more than those who were nerfed, and majority of these champions really need it right now to be considered decent picks. Almost all of these champions don't care about the loss of AP, and the few that do are much more happy about the double melee stacking, increased attack speed, and/or better build path of the item for them.

So, yes, some people were nerfed down. However, please realize these changes were a net benefit to it's users. More champions benefited from these changes than did not.
