there's no reason for him to be nerfed when he's at a balanced 50% winrate but GUESS WHAT the trash bronze and silvers who use mobafire and winrate charts to metaslave their way up the ladder want to rework yasuo because they aren't good enough to play against him
it is a BLESSING for the enemy team to pick yasuo. You just pick a competent champion to lane against him i.e. malzahar or irelia or fiora, etc., and then you just stomp him and end the game at 25 minutes before he even finishes something after pd.
