I can't imagine any item being more broken on a champion like Warwick in years to come.

Please, git gud. Madreds costs 4200 gold and has one of the less desirable build paths of any item. If you let a Kog'Maw get that, he'd stomp you with any item

madrets bloodrazor gave 30(later 40) ad, 40%as, 25armor and 4% hp magical on hit BotrK grants 25ad, 40%as, 12%lifesteal and 8%current health physical damag on-hit(which is 4%hp in average)

So they are damn similar, just that BotrK costs 650g less and is far more effecktive on physical DDs with the lifesteal and physical on-hit, but less effecktive on hybrid damageing bruisers like WW or Shyvana. Just that ontop off nearly equal stats for less gold, you als get an massive active out of BotrK, makeing it stronger than madrets ever was.

I agree, and the magic damage scale too well with kog maw. it deal 10% magic damage so you add wits end and hurrican = win.

The ones who don't get the joke are downvoting because MB doesn't exist anymore. The ones who do get the joke realize that BotRK isn't actually that strong. The ones who really don't get the joke think Madred's is perfectly balanced and should remain in the game exactly as it is.

If Kitae's were swapped from AD to AP ( item 1026 + item 1043 ) it would be a perfect item. Maybe even allow an upgrade to Madred's with a unique on-hit-vamp effect. Magic damage autoattackers need love too. item 3085 isn't enough on its own.
