Is gankplank really that op?

Fiveofswords1 votesi dont know if hes op but he does do pretty insane damage....both early and late game. plus he does have a global. from my experience he is by far the scariest top laner....amazes me how so many people complain about fiora or riven who cant light a candle to gangplank in damage.
