Guys, when asking for a Champion to get nerfed, don't exclusively use Win-Rates.
Win-Rates can be very useful in determining if a champion needs to be balanced, but please don't use it as definitive evidence that X champion needs a nerf/buff.
Many things can affect win-rates. Imma just pull numbers out of my ass right now, but say what if Urgot had a 60% win-rate in Plat+. And lets say Caitlyn has a 40% win-rate in the same ELOs.
First thing you'd think is "Nerf Urgot, buff Caitlyn" right? Well, lets say Urgot's play percent is like 1% and there are only 100 games recorded of him. Lets also say Cait has a play percent of 50% and there are 50,000 games recorded. This numerical gap can skew information greatly due to Urgot needing only 50+ wins to have 50%+ win-rate and Cait needing 25,000+ to have a 50%+ win-rate.
Don't even get me started on learning curves. Azir right now is sitting in the low end of the spectrum for win-rates. If you base buffs/nerfs only on how many wins he has, Azir would be buffed so much until he has to have a 50% win rate. The thing is, Azir has a low win-rate because many people can't play him very well. For the people that can play Azir well, however, they get free buffs and procede to stop everyone.
Long story short, please just think a little bit before you come onto Reddit or the Boards or where ever and scream "PLS NERF DIS GUY CUZ HIS WINRATE IS GOOD". Do a little research, learn how to counterplay. The answers to broad questions do not have simple answers.
