Talon's bleed.

i feel like its quite weak in comparison to other Damage over time abilities like darius's passive or brand's. i can barely notice the damage it deals and it doesn't matter how many items i have it still feels like the damage its barely there,it looks like health regeneration its completely negating the damage at early Levels COMON! besides he can not even proc it on minions or monsters. i suggest we buff it, to deal bonus damage based on your missing health or something and make it able to proc on minions and monsters i guess.

Bonus Physical Damage: 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+ 30% bonus AD)

Damage Over Time: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+ 100% bonus AD)

Total Physical Damage: 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+ 130% bonus AD)

It's not bad

Natural health regeneration does indeed outdamage the ability at all levels and all stages of the game except for late. The base damage does nothing. The only actual bleed damage you're getting is from your AD ratio on it. The base damage is doing literally nothing as it is completely countered by everyone's health regeneration.

As a bleed mechanic, it's the most underpowered and useless in the game.

In my experience I have been able to pick up many kills by the proc. I'm not saying your wrong, but I'm not saying its underpowered. I think a good way to make it more relevant is to reduce health Regen while the debuff is on you. But as for the early level thing, its really not supposed to be useful at that point of the game. That's why its leveled 2nd.

Legit, I've been able to auto attack Q crit and kill squishies because of the 600 damage bleed. It's fine where it is.
