We already have to win 3 out of 4(75% win rate) or 4 out of 6(60% win rate) games to promote, why are promos a thing again? Shouldn't you just move up as long as you're above 50%?

Second game of ranked for the day: Homeschooled degenerates who use a fucking leapfrog tablet to play feed the shit out of your game and you only win if the enemy team just throws everything out the window
It's the same shit in overwatch. Both of these games have rigged matchmaking and you'll only win if you play super broken champions at the moment.
