And no, I do not mean your boss, i mean the champion in the game. Do you plan any changes to him as a part of a class update, mini rework (Alistar in the preseason) or some big VGU, Poppy or WW level. Is he even under your radar and if he is - now high in the list? Thanks in advance.
P.S. It is not a question about balance. I cannot talk about his stat balance-wise as I do not really play him and I've seen him in my games maybe once in the last couple of months

There's also a reason he's referred to as RNGamere, not to diminish the mechanical skills of those playing him of course, but it's frustrating both both players.

Edit: I truly agree with your words, however what you think his role in the game should be? Split pusher? Teamfighter? Lane bully? Late game hypercarry? IMO his current gameplay barely reveals his fantasy of the strong barbarian, furiously attacking and never backing down, surviving with only his rage. Right now he is kinda the opposite - avoiding teamfights, right-clicking on minions and turrets and trying to get away as soon as the enemy team decide to collide on him. With so many room of improvement, as you stated, what kind of gameplay you think will fulfill his fantasy?
