Does anyone seriously think patch 9.2 was an overall good one?

I'm legit asking here. The jungle is now either have a jungler that is 2 levels behind and a handicap to your team, or have a jungler invading and steamrolling the enemy because now he controls two jungles. The baron nerf and the defensive "buffs" (if they can even be called that) really pale in comparison to the massive imbalance brought about to the jungle. IF ANYTHING, this patch just made matches EVEN MORE onesided and boring.

This patch is bad and it's beyond me how anyone can think otherwise.
