The enemy jungle is 4-0 because of top/mid disconnects, and now I can't play the game as jungle

I legitimately cannot play the game, because the enemy Elise is invading me 24/7 and will one shot me if I get caught by her stun, despite the fact that I did nothing wrong.

Because I'm conceding every camp to her invades, I'm level 4 while bottom lane is hitting level 6. I can't even gank anything, because I'm at such a huge disadvantage, and there's nothing for me to farm because my entire jungle is gone.

Can this please be fixed, instead of reducing jungle EXP? It's sad that this problem hasn't been addressed by now, and further lowering EXP is just going to make this exact scenario worse.
