A fully stacked Occult's! Otherwise it's a tie between Essence Reaver, Mercurial Scimitar, Bloodthirster, and Infinity Edge.

Infinity Edge offers the most raw damage.

what about ruined king? i mean for flat AD as a stat its in like the medium range but in terms of damage output against bruisers and tanks I'd say its up there...

It depends on a number of factors, some about your champ, some about theirs. How much armor do they have? Much beyond about 100-150 depending on how much AD you have already then Last Whisper is the best because of the ignore 35% of armor passive. If their armor is low, and especially if you AS is high/have AS items, then Blade of the Ruined King is really good (especially if they have lots of health) because of the passive and active effects.
