there weren't outliers and champions are pretty balanced across the board.

but this game has always had outliers.

There are always going to be outliers, considering there are over 100 champions and items to balance. The game is impossible to balance because the game is relatively complex and there are tons of variables and scenarios that are often overlooked. They could do a better job at balancing the game by making bigger patches that addresses the issues with the game.

I can admit that RiotGames does a better job at balancing than blizzard, the company that's notorious for its shitty balancing

Yes there is never going to be balance but that doesnt mean Riot games can just keep some champions VERY unbalanced OP and others VERY unplayable utter shit levels of weak. A little tune here and there to some champions can at least make them decent or less brain dead OP.

Riot just doesnt give a crap about champion balance beyond 10-20 champions, lets face it. And Riot has for a long time admit that they just want champions to be meta for a time and then make them shit again so others come (except popular champions)
