It doesn't work on self-cast shields, so unfortunately not.

Oooh! I forgot they added that. You know.... I'm not sure if it does or not. I wouldn't recommend it with Morde since his shield is actually is energy bar, and not an actual shield.

I don't see why it wouldn't work with Diana's though.

His resource bar is actually coded as a shield. The runic armor and windspeakers blessing masteries interact with it.

You're right about Windpseaker/Runic Armor working now, but it didn't work in the beginning and they made a special case. So I wouldn't be sure that it works for Ardent Censer without actually testing it.

On a related note: does the allied heal from W triggers Censer's AS buff?

I agree that it most probably works with Diana. It's a perfectly standard shield with no peculiarity, so there shouldn't be any problem.
