Literally if he hits you once with his shit he'll chunk half of your hp without items because of electrocute. That mastery is like a huge buff to Zed, only assassin that wasn't reworked and it makes him super strong. I've seen legendary Zeds even on saltyteemo stream and Zed is supposed to be "high skillcap"
