hextech flash is pretty broken when combined with his passive actually. Nerf is definitely justified. I just dont agree with the direction of the nerfs tho.

mb, seems like i read a misleading info on it. But ult hat is definitely still very OP on teemo even after aery nerfs since he gets max cdr from it even before he hits lv8, unlike most other champs that have 80sec+ base cd on ult.

EDIT: actually, he does get cockblocked from planting too many shrooms due to mana issues. Now im not even sure why he's so good in current patch.

actually i tested it and you're right, he can channel Hexflash in stealth, he will even go stealth during the channel
