The real problem with Zoe
Is that people don't play around her ins correctly. Most of the time she goes in I just hug the shit out of minions and don't burn summoners until you need to. If she can't hit her E she loses most of he damage and denying her W by not blowing summoners and waiting it out is pretty good too. If she goes to pick up something from the minions punish her and back off.
Her biggest weakness is that she can't run so if you just hug the minions and put out dps you will generally win. Doing so deny's her e and reduces her Qs damage, she either has to peg you with it point blank or hold it and then throw it back for about the same damage, making you never need to use summoners defensively in the first place. As for her E without minions just ward properly and watch for her roams and know how far her e travels after the wall. I almost never get hit by it unless she flash e's me or I have no idea where she is.
But perhaps the best way is to actually play her to get used to her strengths so you know what to avoid and gives you a much better feel of her ranges and when to exploit her weaknesses.
