They gave her Q some waveclear -- then nerfed the waveclear -- then buffed the waveclear while nerfing all forms of damage on W (via ratio or base). Why? Let's also not forget that they nerfed her E too a while ago too. Was she really that much of a nuisance? She's sitting at the 2nd worst winrate for mid now. Effectively Olaf'd, only, 6 or so patches after rework (correct me if I'm wrong).

I just played her and I had many failed assassinations against...a Jinx. Her only def item was a PD. Mind you, this could also be because I haven't played since January (rusty) but still.

I agree with you, some champs have actually gotten hit hard without really a reason for it. Although i'm a jungle/ top main, I can still see the struggles that LB has at the moment and it's disheartening when my team picks one because i know if I don't help, she will be worthless.

She's already an assassin, so, essentially not really useful if she can't even kill the carry reliably, and especially not really useful against an organized team that know to just instantly exhaust/shield carry/peel. Riot nerfing her, especially how hard they have so far, just ensures she's garbagecanned and nearly entirely useless.

I honestly agree with this, if you're seriously not fed, you CAN NOT kill the squishiest enemy champ. She's supposed to be an assassin, but look at her now...

She wasn't though. And like Katarina, she takes time to master some of her really combos that cause a big chunk of damage and/or disruption. Do you think she just presses WQ and you die? No, there's a process to it. If you get hit by her E with both damage instances, that's your fault. It's a skillshot.

She was, though. It doesn't matter if she took some games to get decent with, she was basically the definition of freelo when she was available in higher elos or for anyone that knew how to play her. She wasn't that easy to play, but she was too strong when you did learn how to play her. She had a 65% banrate in diamond, and 80% in master/challenger

Banrate, ok, that can just be because people didn't wanna play against her. Zed had a 90%+ banrate after his ult was unhinged from QSS, but he also didn't have a 55%+ winrate for when he did get through. I personally still don't care for fighting Zed, but I'd rather ban someone actually stronger in more aspects than Leblanc was, in a more consistent fashion: Graves.

Now, Yasuo, I'm fairly sure that he had less than a 90% banrate when he got that 'bug fix' that let him hit you twice on his ult. He still had a 58% winrate until they fixed that.

The point is, if an Assassin is sitting at the bottom of the charts, while the others are averaged around ~50%, there's naturally a problem with how they're handling nerfs for her.

Except she wasn't freelo for anyone above diamond, lmao. Did she have a 53+% winrate? No, she never has. Ahri is someone that does and we don't see her complained about.

Am I posting on a troll account though? This is my personal account. I guess I'm not diamond, but I also don't really care for my rank seeing as how I know that Riot's matchmaking is, or can be, a total joke. Stats don't lie. Ahri was a more consistent winrate to pickrate ratio, and has been for years now.

I wasn't assuming the other people's ranks. I looked them up myself.
