Is it possible for Darius to heal with his outer Q on large monsters?

His jungle got hit super hard now that he doesn't have his attack speed slow anymore and low attack speed, is it possible for him to heal off large monsters?

Maybe make his heal weaker on large monsters, like 10% missing health instead of 15%?

Or would this make him too strong in some games?

Darius jungle is a cool thing. Currently way too weak. I approve of this. Maybe half the value if it would be too strong otherwise.
