Dynamic queue has some things going for it, but what Riot really should have done was find a way to get more people to play as 5s. The way it's set up, Dyamic punishes you extremely hard if you can't coordinate with junglers. Honestly being able to do this is huge, especially below the high Elos. Knowing which lanes to prioritize in ganking and how to go about it is one of the most advanced skills in the game. Even if you are an amazing junger, nothing beats a live call with your teammates.
