@Riot Ricklessabandon, Are those seriously the correct values for Soraka's Alignment?

I mean I love the basic idea, but these values are so ridicoulously low I can't understand how they could even be remotely considered:

If Starcall damages a champion Soraka gains Alignment, restoring up to 30/45/60/75/90 (.1 AP ) health and 20/30/40/50/60 (+.1 AP) mana over 5 seconds."

Like this Soraka will be utterly useless without Warmogs. I mean old Starcall had a minimum heal of 25-65(+.4 AP) and a maximum of 50-130(+.8 AP) and that was instant, not a HoT. When hitting several champs it even had a maximum of 250-650(+4.0 AP) (sounds ridiculous, but Vesh had to introduce the low health scaling and double the AP ratio, just to make it viable)

This is maybe a minisclue buff to her early game, but a substantial nerf to any AP build and lategame it probably takes away more than 90% of her sustain. She will be utterly unable to heal herself.

A while ago I posted an idea to make Alignment stack to give her some teamfight presence back:

If Starcall damages a champion Soraka gains a stack of Alignment (max five) Astral Infusion transfers a stack of Alignment to her Ally.

This also makes a great thematic effect: if you make use of successive Q and W to refresh the buff, you can improve the "Alignment" of your team. Values obviously need proper adjustments.
