Would it be fair if Lux's E received the Zac treatment?

I personnaly feel like her E should show a visual indicator to where it will land, especially since they allowed her to make it explode instantly on arrival. Zac's E had a red circle added to it's impact point because the visuals from his spells were barely noticeable, and let's face it, Lux's spells have visuals have very confusing pattern (Her ult's hitbox often feels broken, either hitting or missing targets that it shouldn't have)

I myself play on highest settings, but if anyone has ever played on the lowest vfx settings, they'll know how it becomes almost impossible to see her spells.

Granted, Lux's E doesn't have as much impact as Zac's E, but almost every other ground targeted AoE spells in the game has a visual indicator, or at the very least a projectile trajectory that makes it easy to guess where it will land.

I don't want Lux nerfed, but it just feels like part of her power budget comes froms her spells having poor readability. Maybe she was designed with that in mind?

Do you realize the difference between both ranges ? It only shows where it will land when the ability is very high ranged , for example Lux ult , Xerath Ult , etc

She is very bright. Maybe she just blinds you and that's why you can't see her abilities. :^)

I think part of Lux's burst process relies on opponents not being able to completely outplay her through telegraphing. Most of the time, the spells that are heavily telegraphed have large impacts or massive ranges - Soraka Q slows pretty hard, and is a large focus of her healing power on herself and allies. Xerath' s abilities can poke from a significant range. Lux's E is a mild slow field that can be burst for damage, and it is telegraphed when it lands, much like Soraka E or Anivia R.

Her E is usually pretty easy to predict IMO, the missile speed is fast enough that most of the time the lux player is just gonna throw it right on top of you.

No, it would not be fair to just give everyone opposed to Lux scripts against her. Not just because it's not hard to dodge. You compare it to Zac's E but you didn't actually compare it. Not in terms of what they do. If Lux throws her E at you from down lane and you don't dodge it, you take some damage at a mediocre AP ratio from a poke champ. If Zac throws E at you, from over walls in fog-of-war, and you don't dodge it, you get CC-locked and die (or lose your summs, which means you die later) and you take more damage at a higher AP ratio from a tank. They are not confusing. I'm aware that people make posts about Lux's ult quote hitting them when it shouldn't have because people make those remarks about every champion. They always make those posts about high-impact abilities that they got hit by, like Blitzcrank, like Thresh, like Morgana, like Blitzcrank. You can tell they are making the post because they're salty and you can also tell that all but invariably they don't understand perspective and hitboxes and don't understand what the word hitbox is even supposed to be mean there when they start complaining that the Thresh Q animation is now playing on the target instead.
