how does nobody realize that gankplank is the most broken champ in the game

I mean this guy does ranged true damage with an instant click. Its not possible to dodge a barrel chain that is placed instantly. There is no counter to this UNLESS you are a very skilled ranged champion who can kill the barrels before gankplank is. However if you are a melee you are totally fucked. Why is this allowed?

He doesnt do true damage on ranged attacks. GP has horrible laning phase and almost every champ can beat him.

You know he can zone you from a barrel and then chain it and as a melee champion you can't do anything about it.
