is wukong op currently?

so i bought wukong and his skin 2 days ago (wish i could of bought it when it was on sale) and playing jungle with him and holy crap, i didn't expect him to be this strong, i've been getting a insane amount of kills over deaths, for instance i went 8/1 last game, game before that 18/3, and before that 10/5, i think there was a game where i went 20/3 and carried my team, maybe i'm just letting luck get to my head but wukong really feels super strong currently.
