only change he needs. Pillar of frost- First cast keep it the same. Second cast, large cone shaped skillshot where Trundle destroys his Pillar and slows+deals damage to enemies in the cone.(Needs to be in melee range of his Pillar to cast).

He's a mindless auto-attack stat-check with a long range knock-up/follow-up slow. He needs a VGU, not buffs.

Doesn't really need any direct buffs, just needs itemization changes. He scales best with tanky on-hit items and on-hit itemization is currently mediocre. They need to bring back an armor/attack-speed on-hit item and I guarantee you he would be in a much better place.
