boy do I LOVE being matched with lower ELO's in Dynamic Queue in normals

After all that wait and time, not being able to find a mid/ bot spot for me to be in due to because how im limited to only being able to choose 2 roles I want to play while its the most popular picked roles, Riot decides, "alright since its much easier to put him in a match with lower elo's due to because 50-60% of the playerbase are silver under him, and that there are way higher chances of finding a mid/bot role we are going to put him there instead"

And the higher Elo you go, the more you have to wait... Thanks Riot!!

I guess im better off playing blind picks then

I get why you're frustrated, but you are misinformed.

Normals isn't based of your rank, nor is it ranked mmr. It has it's own mmr system. This is why, prior to starting ranked, I was often put with golds-diamonds because of my 2k normals games as well as a 55~% winrate. What this means is if a player went from level 1 to challenger only playing bots and raked, his normals mmr would be very wierd and it would take some games to work out. This is what is happening to you.
