Returning long absent vet requests present day hard counter list.

I came back to being an active player just a few days ago, after an extremely long absence. Over these few days I've been hearing that hard counters have become even more of a thing than they ever used to be (apparently especially in top lane).

If this is true I'd appreciate an up to date list of the hard counters, so I don't put myself in a terrible situation because I was operating on memories from years ago.

Like how my first match with Ashe I didnt realize she can't crit anymore, or when I expected my ult on Poppy to make me invincible. Yea. I don't know how old those reworks are but I learned the hard way lol.
