What are you talking about? That looks perfectly normal
This thing is beyond trash. I just got lagged right out of a game and bugsplatted and apparently two other people had the same problem.
Riot, put the old client back - THIS ISN'T READY.
The sweet irony of it all is that this is how it's suppose to happen. You can't fully test a client without a public release, it just doesn't work. The client had to be eventually released so any potential bugs or issues could be worked out. It's a pain, but it's just how it is.
i had a bug where i had 0 champs. literally couldnt pick nor ban anything
