Meddler already said that they are starting on the extreme end and that is highly unlikely that she will be receiving all those nerfs at the same time. Hell he even said that it's more than likely for her to receive none of those but another one entirely

The champion is pure cancer and her kit is extremely overloaded. They should have taken those concepts and spread them over multiple champion reworks instead of forcing another completely overpowered released. Riot really missed the mark in this instance IMO.
