PBE Updates are a goddamn joke

I honestly think that these teemo changes is just Riot looking to piss people off. It seems that the team that governs the pbe would like to use the PBE to screw around, to just throw in bullshit rather than looking to affect balance. Are we going to deal with some of the absolutely titanic jungle problems, the nidalees and sated junglers or poor AD carry itemization or are we going to just make silly changes to teemo, such as allowing him to throw his mushrooms.

Because who doesn't wanna see more teemo in their games? Are we looking to just piss off those of us who want to play a clean game of league of legends without people that lock in teemo if they don't get their spot?

Why not look to take care of things that actually need taking care of? how bout an improvement or reworking of the warrior enchantment? Why are we wasting pbe testers time and the time between now and worlds with silly shit? I thought we're trying to improve the game, not stagnate the progress of.

I remember only months ago when you could look forward to a pbe update meaning a balance change, now it's stupid shit like bilgewater events and teemo buffs.

Riot, stop trolling people and actually start looking to improve your game before Worlds.

Teemo was bad in teamfights. He was essentially an AP ADC who had a shitty auto range. This'll help his teamfighting. If he uses them in lane to poke? He'll push the lane and that'll be less shrooms for him to trap up top with.

This champ is not to be taken seriously. He's meant strictly as an abusive laner and that's it. He's incredibly annoying to deal with and EVERYONE thinks so.

To try and rationalize shitty use of the PBE rather than using it to balance of the game is rediculous

They're trying to make him good outside of laning. How is that NOT proper use of the PBE? They're buffing him, plain and simple. And he needs the buffs. You've said it yourself, he's bad once laning phase ends, and Riot's trying to make him viable again, they're balancing Teemo.
