Warrior's turn
So I noticed on pbe, the true damage was tested on warrior.
Passive: Warrior's Wrath - burn enemies >for 6% physical dmg over 3 seconds as true damage
Here's an idea to make warrior interesting without giving it any additional raw DMG.
Completing warrior gives you 33.33..% crit chance but makes your crits deal 100% DMG as opposed to 200%. Each % crit chance you get gives you 3% bonus crit damage. So trinity force with 10% would give you 30%. When you crit your auto attack would deal 130%. This stops at 33% crit chance of course once you reach 200% crit DMG.
If you were to buff warrior instead of true damage you could make crits bleed for % of your bonus ad. Since its magic damage its more bearable. Even if you don't have crit chance from items/runes you'll still have a one in three chance to apply the bleed.
To inaugurate this change you could lower the cost of crit runes for one week or so to invite players to test it out.
This could also help serve as a test bed for where to take crit chance in the future based on the success of this item.
