Now, they don't all bully Vayne in the same way. But a Vayne and most other ADCs wouldn't like playing against them.

It's more sub-gold, rather than look into more skilled players' methods for handling certain champions and applying it, people would rather whine that a champion is broken and anything that can beat them is even more broken by default.
Which isn't to say that some things aren't bullshit, but Vayne is so easy to lane against sub-gold because no one who is good at Vayne will ever be in Silver for long. Her early game is pathetic and you can pick any ADC with a strong early (or just RANGE) to make her run for the hills.
Basically this game shouldn't be balanced around low-elo at all. If a champion is too strong in lower elos, it's because the players don't know how to play against it, not that it's a broken champion that should be gutted! Players will eventually learn to either play against that champion and improve their game as a whole, or the players who are abusing the champion to climb will hit a point where players know how to play against that champion and will have to adjust their playstyle accordingly or fall again. Notice how "improving as a player" is a key point in both of these factors. This entire game should be approached with a sense of "How do I learn how to play against X?" not "X is broken, delete them!"

These guys are how everyone else expands their knowledge of the game by learning to deal with them, but ppl destined for silver would rather just cry op

At the moment that's the only way to deal with her, since she will condemn tumble herself to safety if anyone else who's combo takes more than 0.001 seconds tries to catch her while she's solo farming a wave.

Wave manipulation.
Bully Vayne out, freeze lane so she can't farm without dying, suddenly she falls behind hard in CS and gold.
Vayne needs items to do damage, because she's an AD Carry. An AD Carry that can't farm isn't going to be doing much damage. And yes, CS matters in this equation.

ninjaIRL 4 votesI don't know about the Braum pick. You build a lot of health which Vayne does well against. Your defensive steroid is hardly effective against Vayne. Your Q and ult are easily dodged by vayne. If you try to get to her face she will simply condemn you away leaving you high and dry. Braum isn't the greatest bullyman.

ReshiKillim1 votesI'm pretty familiar with Vayne players having a tendency towards hating Lulu (Mostly because of range in /All chat when Lulu was FTP) when she's supporting. Seeing a Vayne get squirrelfied and pacified is hilarious, like seeing a maxed size Cho get eaten by a Tahm/hide in a bush.
