With a infinite dash with no cost, no downside, and no risk. Now we can see that riot knows how to manage their game. just imagine that atrocity at top lane.

the downside is that it reduces her attack speed potential and she has no steroid on her kit at all compared to other adcs, her other downside is not being able to duel anyone 1v1 period because any other adc has an ult and she doesn't,

Adding to your comment, I've faced her on the PBE. Without her partner, she looses duels with most other similarly ranged champs. Use a slow or snare, and she gets deleted. With her partner around, it's a bit different because their damage potential is great, but she can still be bursted down easily by the enemy mage or assassin.

I disagree with your statement about 1v1'ing with kalista. Her kiting ability greatly increases skillshot dodging like most adc's have making it increasingly easy for her to dodge lucian's/caits/ez/graves q and other skillshots. 1v1'ing isnt all that hard with her, she seems more than capable.

Lucian Q isn't a skill shot, W doesn't have an AD ratio. She would get wrecked by about half of adc's in a 1v1 that are even (gold) with her.

Yea, but equal level/gold to another ADC, Kalista loses a lot of her Power Budget's damage without her Soulbound for the W's proc and the CC from her Ult combo.

Kalista's ONLY CC is in her Ult, which needs her specific partner (I don't consider Slow as a CC, coming from an MMO background, Slows are a debuff). Kalista compensates with higher mobility, but is then also locked into her AA animation once she right clicks (and the target is in range). That gives the enemy an opening to line up skill shots or use their own repositioning. If Kalista miss-times her Martial Poise (her hops) the enemy can really change the fight (imagine Corki waiting for her to hop at him for a chase, and then he crosses a wall, letting him poke her safely with his attacks while she tries to get around or escape, or wait for her Q to recharge so she can proc her hop on her own, possibly giving up the damage on it to keep chasing).

Then u realize that in a 1v1 vs graves he has a big attack speed boost and his Q is nearly impossible to miss if you aim it to where she's dodging to, he would win even without an ultimate use in my opinion. and vs. lucian he doesn't even have to land his Q if by some strange miracle she dodges it (it happens), because when he can unload aa - e - aax2 - q - aax2 - w - aax2 - e - aax2 by the time she can do 2 of her dodges, even if he misses the Q or W then he's still unloading insane damage onto her meanwhile she's gotten not even half the amount of AA's off on him.

She has mobility yes, but she has no innate damage steroid. She totally ability based which is going to hurt her in later phases of the game against longer ranged ADC' with natural steroids.
