can someone explain lethality to me plsness

from what i've read my dual pen quints are now pretty much useless

this begs me to question wat is lethality if its not armpen

and does this mean say veil of night is terrible cus it has lethality

Its armor-pen based on the opponents level.

They changed it because flat-amor pen was appearantly too snowbally,so lethality adresses that by being weaker against low-level enemies.

I guess your armor-pen runes are now worse at the beginning of the game,but might be better later on(though I haven't checked if this is really the case,just my speculation)

I don't play assassins or champs that require this but.....

My understanding of lethality is that its a combination between flat armor pen and percent armor pen, unlike previous armor pen , it also scales.
