I quite literally cannot recall one game that wasn't a one sided stomp by 15 minutes this season

Where did the statement that 'match quality is as good or better than it was last season' come from? Is there even any data to back this absurd claim up?

I'm sitting at 45-50% win rate with champions I've historically had 55-60% win rate with over hundreds of games at higher MMR, because the match quality is so terrible that one team is fed beyond any reasonable level before the mid game even hits.
