unless you are someone who literally oneshots squishies before they can even auto attack once (cough lb cough rengar cough), late game adcs out-burst you by simply autoattacking and lifestealing off your equally squishy assassin......late game adcs are basically doing assassin level burst and still have dps......
and the assassin rework is giving adcs longer window to react to assassins?

both those items have a 90 second cooldown while most cc skills have about a 12 second cooldown.
