Dynamic queue swap role and fill counter

Hello, I just got two simple ideas. Here they are:

1.) Wouldn't it be great if there was a button in the champion select for the role swap? I mean, you surely know this. You get into champion select and someone asks you whether they can swap their role with you. Instead of writing this into chat, there could be a button for the role swap, similar to the one for champion swap.

2.) This regards diamond+ players. You are surely familiar with the autofill and the system that makes sure you won't get autofilled if you have filled in the last few games. Wouldn't it be nice if there was a counter of how many games you have filled voluntarily? Let's say, that I set my role to fill. Now, everytime I get filled, the counter would increase it's value by one. I do this 5 times, the counter is gonna hold the value of 5. Then I catch the adc mood. So i setup, lets say, adc/mid. It would be great if I was guaranteed to get one of those roles at least the number of times I voluntarily filled, so in the example case I could be absolutely sure that i am gonna get adc/mid at least 5 times in a row, as I have "collected" the fills.

Why? It wouldn't do anything, it would be useless.

Except the fact, that you don't have to ask/answer for the role swap requests by typing into chat (it's like the ping for how many golds in-game you've got. You can type it into the chat, but isn't that ping more efficient?), I believe there would also be a better detection of players who pick the role that was not assigned to them. Someone sets up top/mid, gets autofilled as a support (or is just a top-only player, gets mid and the top laner disagrees to swap with them) and takes their primary role - top lane. It should be more easier for Riot to detect these players as they played the lane they weren't assigned to. Just compare the lane they played on and the role they had in the champion select.

Actually the lane in champion select doesn't mean anything, the game detects on their actions and where they stay the most, also "Can I x lane?" doesn't take too much time to write and you have all the time you want.

Yes, it depends on their actions and where they stay the most. But to what does it compare to? How does it know that you are supposed to be the lane you are at? There is a lot of cases where the players agree on the swap, which should not be punished of course. This way, the system could just compare the role from champion select to your actual role in game. And when someones refuses role swap with the button, it's way more clear than chat refusal.

It's just a little more clear, wouldn't help much

If you imagine yourself as a person who would be punishing those who pick the role that was not assigned to them, I believe this would help you a lot.
