theres actually places on the map u can use bards portal on, that can actually provide advantages, and hes still a good champ on the map
talon on the other hand has nearly nothing to jump over from with his E

no, so sorry that i may not be 100% correct, but from seeing how it works im assuming areas where bard can create portals talon wont be able to jump over
but hey i could be wrong, we'll just have to see. my original point was just that bard portal has a lotta uses still on aram, obv not as much as SR.
