What Champion to Buy?

Please don't remove this if it's in the wrong board! When you choose the board, it's not very explanatory!

Hey everyone. I'm looking for a Champion to buy. I need your help because I'm a newb.

Here are my requirements for a Champion:

Must NOT use Mana. I hate using Mana.
Must be fighter, assassin, or something that can deal damage.

Here are the things I would like (but not mandatory):

3,150 or 4,800 IP.
Be able to take a punch.

Here are the Champions I already have:

If you know of a Champion that has the requirements but not the non-mandatory tell me! I'll take it into consideration.

Try Garen. Manaless fighter who can take a punch. He is quite easy to use and fun to execute with his ult.

My personal recommendation would be Heimerdinger, but he uses mana.

Two pretty great mana-less assassins are Akali Katarina I personally also enjoy Kennen for a utility mage/assassin

If you are new to this game try Garen he is a very good beginning champ who can tank well and give out good damage. If you are not that new and want to try a little more experienced champs try Renekton, very strong early game and can tank a lot.

You being level 13, I would highly recommend Garen. He's good and easy to play. and only 450.

You should save your IP for those T3 Runes. Then work on expensive champions..

but the trick is. sometimes the most expensive champion's are not always the best. They may be new but you can carry with a 450 champion just as well as someone can carry with a 6300.

I already have 3 450 IPs, 3 1,350 IPs, and 1 3,150 IP. I currently have 1,700 IP. I don't know what Tire 3 Runes are... Story of my life. But I've decided, and I'm going to buy Riven. And then I'll buy Yauso.

In shop, go to runes.

Certain runes are better in certain types

Ability power is best for Glyphs. Attack Damage is best for Marks.

You have to shop around to find the right ones.

They cost a lot but I think the starter runes discount took affect... idk maybe soon... wait for the discount or they'll be expencive..

Took me months to fill my rune pages.. but you need the power they give.
