Soraka gets a nice mixture of stacks, (Armor, Ap, Mana and cdr) and due to the spamminess of her heals, she can easily build up charges for her and her conduit-partner. Other then that, Velkoz could also be a good contender.
Origami Kaiju4 votesIt has literally everything Soraka wants - resists, cd, mana, ap and no stacking health!
With that said, I'm a bit worried because with it's current numbers it looks OP.
jDVL20eCYs1 votesi think 20% ap is good. but 50% crit is basically flat stat that is just.. insane. will make a ie ph adc crit every auto. i do not but 50 crit sounds so strong
Origami Kaiju1 votesI agree, the 20% ap early probably wont be too overbearing, although lategame 20% of 500 ap is an extra 100 ap x.x
But yeah, the 50% crit has GOT to be toned down. That's insane.
Angelofchaos16x1 votesZekes and Ardent Censor on Janna and Soraka <3 (Especially Janna , I can give Ad, Crit chance, bonus on hit damage and bonus AS )
