Instead of blaming your Jungler, Lane Partner, or anyone else

Try to instead think of the things you could have done better, even if you weren't the one completely in the wrong there. Why? This encourages you to learn, to not make the same mistakes you objectively made previously, and might overall improve your performance as time goes on.

Got ganked up top and died? Maybe you overextended. Maybe you didn't put your wards down right, or ward at all. Maybe you should have pinged for assistance. Maybe you DID ward, but failed to look at your minimap.

Counter-jungling and got caught stealing a buff? Probably shouldn't have been out there without vision, even if you saw the enemy jungler was on the opposite side of the map.

Caught in a 2v4 bot lane and wiped? Lack of vision and minimap awareness, overextending or overstaying when you could have and probably should have backed.

Honestly, it'll come down to situations where you DO feel like you did everything right, so maybe you aren't in the wrong. But thinking like this will help you put yourself in those positions where you lose trades, get bullied out of lane or ganked, or just caught in a shitty spot, MUCH less often.

Just a thought.

That's probably the best outlook to have when playing league. I can see why people get frustrated when their teamates are performing badly, but name calling and flaming just indicates you don't wanna win, which is worse than just having a bg imo.

But this games playerbase is so overwhelmingly toxic and egotistical it's hard for anyone to share this outlook.

Lately is seems like every single game I play I have someone who starts flaming someone on our team. It's just rediculous. They are only tilting themselves and whoever they are flaming. It's utter nonsense but what can ya do.
