As a LB player, here's my real issue with LB

Nope, not her crazy damage Nope, not her mobility

But the fact that her E will extend from the place she casted it. As a LB player, yes you can W > Q > R > E and then W before the E finished casting itself, landing your full combo while having a less than a second window for the enemy team to react. The E you casted from your W will keep being casted, meaning its range will be from your "reverted position" to the point you casted it, giving it a huge range and allowing you to deal your entire burst while being really really safe

Imo this should be fixed real quick

That's consistent with literally every anything in the game. If you cast a spell, the spell leaves from where you cast it from. The only way in which this won't work is if you flash during the actual cast time of the spell, which will change the starting point of the spell but will leave the target the same. So when leblanc casts chains and then w the chains cast, and then she blinks back. Changing that would require it to be the exception to every spell rather then the norm for every spell.

No that's totally not the issue with Leblanc.

And just reducing the range in general its to fair considering the fact that she has great mobility. Its easy to even keep the chain attached

I mean, that's an issue, I suppose.

The bigger issue is the tether range is fucking massive, though. It's actually impossible to break with any single dash or blink in the game except for a long return Zed W/R.
