@Riot Why Warlord's Bloodlust doesn't work on magical critical strikes...

...while Randuin's Omen works against them and reduces their damage? I'm talking about Karthus and his single target Q, and Anivia and her E against frosted enemies. When Randuin's new effect: 10% critical strike damage reduction was introduced, we learnt that these spell are counted by the game as critical strikes, thus Randuin reduces their damage by 10%. This is proved by this comment from Meddler: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/QesmyUJj-meddler-randuins-omen-reduces-anivias-damage?comment=00060001

> Just heard back from Xypherous, apparently that's working as intended. Randuin's should be reducing any form of crit damage, not just auto attack crits (so anything that uses the crit combat text/symbol).

So I ask: why the same isn't the case for Warlord's Bloodlust mastery? This is inconsistency. These spells are counted as crititcal strikes for the purpose of Randuin, so why isn't it the same for Warlord's Bloodlust mastery, which description says:

>Critical strikes heal for 15% damage dealt

IMO either this mastery should work with magical critical strikes, or Randuin shouldn't reduce their damage. It shouldn't be that in some cases, these spells are counted as crits, and in other cases they aren't counted as such, either they are crits in every case or they just aren't crits.
