I looked at patch 4.20 and did control f and that quote didn't come up.

Top may need help but junglers definitely don't. That comes from a jungle main. It's the easiest way to climb by far.

ADCs are kind of like piggy banks. You still need someone to stuff change into them so they have any value late game.

I think I lost faith in Riot when they said this a loooong ass time ago (still played for 6 more years after it though)

Paraphrasing Morello: "Teemo is dominating top lane too hard with Wriggle's lantern. The sustain is too high and the physical damage proc is making it impossible to shove him out of lane, so we're making it deal magic damage instead."

Until the introduction of the item 1416 jungle enchant, the on-hit item in the jungle did magic damage...because Teemo abused an item in season 1. Wriggles, Feral Flare, Devourer, and Sated Devourer over what...4? 5 seasons? All did magic damage because Teemo.
