I've actually seen cassio builds with it (the idea being that with it, her q, and liandrys you can utterly destroy things like mundo with very little effort).

yea when you have insomnia and dont sleep much combine with sleep apnea so when you do sleep its not productive ... and you have to take legal speed to not fall asleep driving... due to sleep disorders and sit here after two busy days of work... you kinda lose track mentally as you uncontrollably fall asleep

well the reason is cuz every day for nearly 3 months over 30 threads a day on the boards crying over item 3116 saying it was broken and no one complains about item 3165 item 3157
