Do Assassins (I.e Zed, Talon, Akali) deserve scaling MR?
The common rules for Scaling MR stats is that those who have it are melee, while those who don't are Ranged (or Kassadin). Given the damage output, would it be unfair if assassins had flat MR base stat? Damage in return for less defense?
