Leaverbuster on the wiki page says 20 minute wait after 5 offenses. BULLSHIT. My friend left 2 games because he had to leave. 2!!! The result was that he had to wait in low priority queue for 10 games when the wiki says 1 game. The fact that you cant do anything while waiting in low priority like chat or editing runes is pretty fucking retarded as well.
